We provide essential needs, advocacy and welfare support services to people seeking humanitarian protection in Western Australia. CARAD envisions a welcoming Australia where refugees and people seeking asylum can rebuild their lives and are treated with compassion and respect.

CARAD is an independent, community-based organisation providing specialised welfare and advocacy assistance to asylum seekers, refugees and detainees in Western Australia.
Since opening its doors in 2000, CARAD has provided support to over 5,000 refugees, people seeking asylum and detainees fleeing persecution through our Client Services and Volunteer Programs.
